​​The Tech Bros is a social enterprise run by Milette and Sedinam with the aim of funding female-founded tech companies: the most undervalued talent pool in the startup space. We target exclusively women in highly technical fields, with a focus on postgrads and PhDs, and help them go from 0 to 1 through our hands-on events (since our launch in May we've worked with Google, Imperial, Oxford, HCVC, OSE, and Oxford Capital to run hackathons, panels, and workshops encouraging entrepreneurship). We're launching our accelerator program in the summer of 2025, with a particular focus on AI / ML, robotics, aerospace, hardware, and quantum startups. The Glasshouse is Innovate Cambridge's new space for the innovation community in Cambridge.
