[Dec 9] The Junto Club
(This is our second Junto Club)
In 1727, Benjamin Franklin and a group of friends founded the Junto Club. The members were tradesmen and artisans who met on evenings to discuss ideas, politics, philosophy, and ethics. Members were avid readers and intellectuals who were passionate about individual improvement and that of society.
Inspired by this, Andrew Yeung and Zehra Naqvi are hosting a happy hour event for a highly curated group at an intimate venue. 15 curators will be selected to nominate 5 guests each to invite to this event.
The idea is to create authentic connections for a highly curated and relevant group. There have been a lot of large format events. But the more genuine relationships are always built in an intimate environment.
We welcome attendees of all backgrounds and domains.
This is our first time hosting an event like this. If it proves to be a success, we'll continue to invest more into this series.
Venue revealed upon being approved. Cash bar.
