Onboarding Ops Sprint

​Get ready to revamp your engagement, onboarding, and marketing strategies and operations during our May, June, July Ops Sprints! We invite you to RSVP for the Engagement and Marketing Ops Sprints.

​Our second Ops Sprint is a 3-week event that will give you support and space to create workflows + automations that support community member onboarding. Did you know onboarding is the more important part of the community member journey? A great onboarding experience dramatically impacts engagement and satisfaction.

​Each session is two hours, starting with a few fundamental lessons and sharing helpful resources. Then attendees get focused on a project of their choice. The Burb team will be on hand to help build workflows and automations. You'll also hang out with other community creators working through similar challenges. We'll end by checking in on progress and making a plan for the next time we meet.

​Sessions will go live in Burb's Circle community.

​Who is this event for?

​Do you have an online community and need support creating workflows that can simplify and scale the work you do? You’ll get the most out of this series if you have an existing membership community hosted on Slack, Circle, or Discord.
