about maral:
maral abbasinik was born and raised in iran, where her path began at the crossroads of tradition, intuition, and inquiry. with a background in engineering and years spent in the corporate world, she eventually followed the quiet pull toward holistic healing and embodied practice. a certified yoga teacher and sound healer, maral has been immersed in yoga and movement for over a decade. her offerings weave together breath, intuitive motion, and sound as tools for presence, release, and reconnection. rooted in both eastern wisdom and western understanding, maral holds space with warmth, depth, and curiosity—inviting others to listen inward, move authentically, and meet themselves with compassion. her approach is shaped by her iranian heritage, her reverence for the body’s intelligence, and a belief that true healing happens when we learn to truly listen.
