About Event
This is a 60-minute beginner to mid-level blended Hatha/Vinyasa practice linking breath to movement. This class only has 7 spots.
This practice begins with meditation and pranayama.
Our class will incorporate an intentional mobility warmup leading into a dynamic flow with the option of inversion practice. We end with a static cooldown encouraging deep awareness as we stretch. The class focuses on hip, hamstring, and spine mobility, along with core strength and pelvis alignment.
