Idea behind the Workshop:
This workshop stems from Aemal’s personal struggle with email overload, one that almost cost him a major opportunity. Recently, he nearly missed an important email about his talk at SAP, only stumbling upon it by sheer luck.
This close call sparked a realization: how many other critical emails might be getting lost in the noise? In response, Aemal shared his experience in a LinkedIn post, where he explored the idea of an AI-powered inbox manager, an intelligent agent that monitors incoming emails, detects high-priority messages based on user-defined prompts, and sends real-time alerts via WhatsApp or even a phone call for urgent matters. Inspired by projects like LinkedOut, an AI-powered LinkedIn inbox manager built by Max Tkacz from n8n.io, Aemal envisions a similar tool tailored for Gmail.
Now, in this hands-on workshop, you’ll not only learn how to build this AI agent from scratch but also contribute to solving a problem that affects countless professionals. If this resonates with you, join the session and let’s ensure no important email ever gets lost again!

Part 1: Workshop on 15th March 2025
On March 15th, we hosted the first part of our workshop series, where we created a voice AI agent designed specifically for non-technical users. No coding experience is required to participate in these workshops. This is the beginning of a year-long series, with a new skill added to the AI agent each month.
To get the most out of Part 2, I highly recommend watching the following videos in advance. The first is a full recording of the initial workshop. The second is a curated playlist containing all the content covered on March 15th. I’ll also create a similar playlist for the upcoming May 3rd session and possibly a detailed n8n and Vapi tutorial.
