Are you curious about the true potential of your subconscious mind? Join our course to explore its depths and harness its incredible power. This is a two-hour interactive workshop with breakout rooms and exercises. By the end of each session, you will receive tools and exercises to practice consistently over some time. You have the possibility of a follow-up session with the instructor for feedback.

Topics for the first session would include:

1- reflection on what is the subconscious mind and how it communicates

2-learning techniques to communicate with your subconscious, including muscle testing
