Who is your guide?
Megan Fraser (CPCC, PCC) is an ICF-certified executive coach, specialising in leadership for climate pioneers since 2018. She’s the founder and lead coach at Future Led, a consultancy that helps climate executives and entrepreneurs to evolve their leadership, scale their impact, and build a legacy they’re proud of. She has 2000+ hours of experience coaching and training climate leaders.
Megan is also a founding member of Climate Change Coaches (the world’s first climate coaching organisation), a longstanding coach with Climate-KIC (Europe’s main climate innovation body), and has led climate leadership programmes for major UK universities.
