Conscious Breathwork Journey with Ioana
Find Your Way Back to Yourself
Immerse yourself in a transformative breath therapy experience designed to support your health, restore inner balance, and expand your consciousness. Guided by a carefully curated music set, this deeply somatic journey unfolds in a safe, nurturing space that I hold for you—with care and presence. Here, you're invited to surrender to your breath and let it lead you wherever you need to go.
You live how you breathe. Come exchange survival mode with living your life to the fullest. All you need to do is breathe.
After a short checkin, I'll walk you through our time together and what to expect. The practice itself takes about 60-70 minutes and after you've landed, we'll end with a sharing circle as a form of integration.
What you can do through breathwork:
activate your body's self-healing mechanisms
(re)connect with your true essence and what is alive in you
process and release suppressed feelings and emotions
overcome blockages and release what keeps you stuck
find solutions and clarity beyond the mind
relieve stress and anxiety
discover your vision and sense of identity
experience inner balance and peace
boost creativity and enhance mental clarity
Conscious breathwork isn’t about forcing an experience. It’s about meeting yourself exactly where you are and letting the trasforming power of your breath guide into the experience that’s right for you at this moment.

What You Need to Know Around a Session
Up to 2 hours before, don't eat anything heavy; you also don't want to have a completely empty stomach
Make sure your bladder is (relatively) empty; going to the restroom will likely disrupt the process
Wear comfortable clothes (no tight sportswear). Remove/open anything restricting your breathing (belt, bra, buttons)
Bring a water bottle and, if you want to, a notebook. Also drink plenty of water after the session
Eye masks and blankets will be provided but if you prefer using your own, please bring them with you
If possible, don't plan any activities after the session; spend time with yourself in introspection (journal, relax)
After the session help move the energy you released by eating a good meal, showering, having a good night's rest
By purchasing a ticket, you confirm that you are mentally and physically stable and able to participate. Participation does not replace any therapeutic or conventional medical treatment and is generally at your own risk.
