Avery Whitmore is an LA-based healing artist who is deeply committed to the transformative powers of personal healing through the creative process. Through breath, sound, reiki, applied kinesiology, and bodywork, Avery’s unique approach allows him to facilitate healing to all walks of life. You must be an Alo Access member to attend this event.
Melt into a deep relaxation with Alo Moves mindfulness instructor Avery Whitmore. If life is feeling busy or chaotic, you'll feel inspired to slow down, tune in, and release any tension in your body and mind as you listen to calming crystal sound bowls.
When it wraps, stay for refreshments and enjoy cold plunges, compression therapy, and vitamin therapy from Pause Studios from 9AM-12PM.
