Tiny Trinket Tins w/ Martina Calvi — Session 1
We are over the moooon to have THE sentimental crafty girlie herself, Martina Calvi, all the way from Australia for an IRL craft club night featuring tiny trinket tins!
Craft club is a fever dream of glue, stickers & ribbons galore— the perfect place to give that project you’ve been meaning to try forever a go with all materials provided, great tunes, hot bevvies + a table full of potential new craft-ing bffs.
We’ll hear a little about Martina’s inspiration and creative process before crafting our very own tiny trinket tins to hold our most precious treasures!
All materials included, but feel free to bring photos, papers, stickers or objects you’d like to include.
If you’re anything like us and want to live a life filled to the brim with creativity— we have space for you at our long, communal (naturally, handmade in brooklyn:) art/craft table.
As with all RecCreate events, you can expect to go on this journey with a room full of lovely strangers. We’ll offer opportunities for connection throughout our time— encouraging the spirit of the collective. It is (so) much more fun to get to create together. Come alone or with a friend, either way we hope you’ll leave with a new one!
The Studio
The venue is a ~hidden~ art studio located on the 6th floor of an elevator accessible commercial building! Doors open 15min prior to event start time. When you arrive, buzz #604, push to open and take the elevator up to 6 (push the elevator button until it turns red.!!) Take a right out of the elevator, and a left at the end of the hallway. The door will be the first one on your right. Someone will be there to greet you, please have your QR code ready!
Cancelation Policy
Tickets are non-refundable/exchange-able! Please double check your calendar. In the event you are no longer able to make it, you are welcome to give your ticket to a friend or use our ticket swap sheet. Just send us an email!
Photography Disclaimer
Though we do our best to keep all photography / video to a minimum, please note all guests who attend consent to being photographed and videoed which may be used for marketing or promotional purposes.
Age Restriction & Dogs
All guests must be 18+ to attend and though we love your pups, unfortunately cannot have them in the studio!
