October: Artist Archetypes
ββWhat type of Artist are you right now?
βI love this month's Podclub theme SO MUCH. We're going to be discussing Amie McNee's 18 Artist Archetypes. π¦Έπ§βπ«βπ§βπ¨
βAmie emphasises that archetypes arenβt fixed labels - you're not suck with being just one and we each embody elements of all of them at different times. They are lenses that we can use to understand different aspects of ourselves.
βThere's the defiant Outlaw, the visionary Ruler, exploratory Seeker... and you can read the full list on Amie's Substack here.
βListen to the episode and reflect on where you currently find yourself in your creative journey (without judgment!) and consider which of the archetypes you'd like to nurture and which ones you want to release from your life right now.
βWe'll then come together and explore how these archetypes impact the way we navigate our creative businesses, whether it's dealing with the distractions of the Child, the burnout risks of the Warrior, or the 'self-sabotage' of the Saboteur.
βMy plan is that by sharing our experiences and insights, we'll support each other in finding balance, expanding our artistic potential, and explore whatβs next for us. πΈπ¨βοΈ
