Cold Plunge and Sauna @ GTM2024

​Kickstart your day with an invigorating sauna and cold plunge networking session! As the sun rises over Austin on October 15th, join us from 6:00 AM to 7:45 AM (last saunas start at 7:00 AM) for a refreshing morning of networking and rejuvenation. Whether you're a seasoned cold plunger or a newbie, this is your chance to connect with fellow GTM Summit attendees in a unique and energizing setting.

​First, you'll be paired up with someone for a 15-minute sauna network, then dive between the icy cold plunge and hot tub to maximize circulation. It's the perfect balance to get your blood pumping and your mind ready for the day ahead. Finally, spend some time with a coffee and light snack in the lounge area with a pair of Normatech compression boots (perfect for you runners).
