Moonshot Office Hours for Female Founders, powered by Ventures Platform's Levelling VC Initiative

​Are you a female tech startup founder building for Africa? Ventures Platform, through its Levelling VC initiative, is collaborating with the Moonshot Conference to host office hours sessions for you.

​During these in-person 1-on-1 sessions, founders can discuss and get feedback on any of the following:

• ​Fundraising strategy: Get insights to help you finetune your fundraising plans and details, such as your round size, revenue vs valuation, dilution, investor profile to speak to, investment instrument, side letter terms, etc.

• ​Investor relations: Learn tips for relating with investors — things to do before meeting them, when you meet them, after you meet them, after you get a “Yes” or a “No”.

• ​Pitch/pitch deck: Get feedback/insights to help refine your pitch deck and pitch.

​ABOUT LEVELLING VC

​Levelling VC by Ventures Platform is a multi-year initiative that aims to raise venture capital funding for African startups led by female founders from 13% to 25% by 2028.

​Recognising the multifaceted nature of the funding gap issue, the initiative adopts a comprehensive approach, addressing key bottlenecks spanning the entire entrepreneurial pipeline - from increasing the supply of investmentready female founders to bolstering the representation of women in venture capital decision-making roles.
