About Event

This short 15 minute online session will encourage users to learn how to use 3D modelling to create a historical theater set design. We'll spend most of the time discussing theater sets of different cultures at least before 100 years ago and then sketch out how we would start designing one in 3D.

Open Source First

We are focusing only on open-source tools for this meetup, specifically the Blender 3D modelling tool. How can we help support open-source? Why is it better to learn open source tools first and make sure they exist? How can we contribute to open source?
