

Morning Bathing
Start your day in the sea. Every Wednesday and Sunday, we meet at sunrise to swim, recharge, and connect — no pressure, just nature and good people.
What to expect:
We meet at 8:00 AM by the shore. After a short welcome, we enter the water together for a refreshing swim and stay as long as we feel like. Some bring coffee or stay to chat after.
What's included:
No formal program. Just shared intention, consistency, and good energy.
What to bring:
Towel, warm clothes, optional thermos.
