​About Lauren:

​With over a decade of experience leading national teams across Manufacturing, Energy, Automotive, Retail, Consumer Goods, and Financial Services, I excel in driving strategic initiatives and fostering cross-functional collaboration. My strategic expertise includes scaling Salesforce Canada, establishing the Montreal hub, and expanding our Western hub in Calgary. Prior to joining Salesforce, I worked at a Luxury Retreats, now Airbnb, in start-up, scale-up, grow-up mode. Committed to community engagement, I serve as an Executive Board Member at LOVE Québec, a not-for-profit organization dedicated to developing innovative and sustainable programs that enhance the mental, emotional, and social health of youth.
