This unique experience weaves creativity, mindfulness, & connection together to help you drop back into your most vibrant, alive self.
Through guided creative prompts, playful exercises, and collective experiences, you’ll leave your worries at the door - walking away feeling connected and refreshed.
Think of it like a one-night summer camp for adults – a space to drop your worries and reconnect. Woo!

About your Facilitator:
Nasimeh Be is an artist, facilitator, and coach with a decade of experience blending mindfulness, mental health, and creativity. Her work has been featured in venues as varied as the Walt Disney Concert Hall, Buzzfeed, and The Rumpus. A trained yoga teacher, improviser, and coach, Nasimeh brings her deep knowledge of mindfulness and play to create transformative, joyful experiences. She is currently pursuing an M.A. in Spiritual Psychology at Columbia. You are welcome to find out more about her across social media: @NasimehBE
