The webinar will cover best practices for presenting complex scientific information in an accessible and engaging way, as well as strategies for leveraging storytelling and other tactics to bring clinical research to life for a general audience. • Should I hire a full-time employee or an outside partner for photos and videos?

  • What KPIs are important to track when thinking about content?

  • What role do photos and videos play in telling a brand story?

  • What platforms should brands create content for in 2023?

  • Why is it important to have consistency across brand channels and social media platforms?

  • What are ways to go about hiring outside partners for creative content?

  • What can I expect from different types of content creators, studios, and agencies?

  • How does a brand use content to evolve its identity?

Join Josh & Susanne for a 40-minute workshop on Thursday, February 16th at 10:00 AM PST (1:00 PM EST).

About the Speakers

Josh Carn-Saferstein, CEO + Co-founder of Birdhill

Before Birdhill, Josh worked for an e-commerce sneaker brand called PATOS. He spent a lot of time working with content creators but it was tough to find a long-term fit that understood the brand’s needs; freelancers were spotty in their process and bigger agencies weren’t specialized.

So he started Birdhill: a content studio that puts brands first. They encourage collaboration with their clients, but they lead the show of strategizing, planning, and executing the assets brands need.

They create photos and videos that make everyday products look irresistible. They work with brands on a monthly basis to build content for their website, digital ads, and social media accounts.

Susanne Mitschke, CEO, Co-founder of Citruslabs

Susanne is passionate about supporting brands to achieve scientifically valid health claims and was named Forbes 30 under 30 in 2018 and 2020. Before Citruslabs, Susanne created the #1 health app for baby boomers called MindMate which has won multiple awards and is often titled "the ultimate Alzheimer's app".

Citruslabs is the fastest-growing CRO (contract research organization) for brands. Citruslabs' mission is to provide brands with affordable clinical studies to create research-backed product claims that drive business growth. Brands like HUM Nutrition, Supergut, Saie Beauty, Common Heir, and Your Super are trusting Citruslabs with their clinical studies.
