Fuel Your Life: How to Nail Nutrition at Network School
This is for those who struggle being in control of their weight, experience cravings, or question their relationship with food, to be fit and healthy until their 70s.
About a year ago a friend convinced me to ride an official Tour de France Stage (136km, 4600m elevation). While I was able to finish the race in July this year below my target, the biggest gift to myself was to finally learn about nutrition and understanding real whole food as an energy source.
I'll share what I learned on
- getting started: doing it myself
- seeking help: working with a nutritionist
- leveling up: working with a bike coach
- motivation: the importance of tracking everything
- decision quality: stay on track at social events
and how this can be used for our time here (and beyond).
