Join Capres for an online morning meditation session to focus your mind and train your brain.
This session is aimed at engaging the mind in stillness. We use a focus point to help build upon our practice and learn how to maintain stillness.
Meditation is a highly beneficial practice, that not only improves focus and reduces stress, but also strengthens your mind, just like going to the gym strengthens your body.
The more consistently you meditate, the easier it becomes to return to a calmness, even in stressful situations.
We believe yoga should be accessible and open to all. Please pay what you can afford. Support will be provided whether it is your first class or you are an experienced practitioner.
