When it comes to today’s information ecology, how do you practice discernment in terms of what you engage with online—and how it makes you feel afterward? Do you have any practices for unlearning or ‘emptying’ to stay afloat?
All conversations are off-the-record and confidential. This is a space to share any and all views from our direct experience, no matter how divergent they might be. We also offer insights, challenge each other, support each other, and more. All attendees can feel free to join the conversation or practice listening and simply take it all in.
