What is Japan Open Chain?
Japan Open Chain (JOC) is a Layer 1 Ethereum-compatible public chain jointly operated by renowned companies such as CORGEAR, a startup within the Sony Group, NTT Communications, Dentsu, TIS, and Kudasai. JOC is designed to be a practical blockchain infrastructure that can be used securely, safely, and affordably by anyone worldwide, and is particularly suitable for financial and business applications.

Engaged in studying DNA computing while enrolled at Waseda University, where he got his B.S. in Applied Mathematics. Graduate of the University of Southern California, M.S. in Computational Biology.
Pursued research of analysis of DNA sequence and structural prediction of RNA and proteins. Experience with DNA base array-handling raises interest in natural language processing.
Engaged in projects related to Artificial Intelligence and Blockchain technology. Developed the Tachyon mobile wallet.
Won the Best Innovation Award at Global Blockchain Summit 2016 in Shanghai.
Published “Blockchain Application for Beginners – Smart Contract Development on Ethereum” (SHOEISHA in 2017).
