About Radhika
Radhika is a multiple-hat-wearing career coach with past experience in user experience design, partnerships development, community building, and program management across government, non-profits, and social impact organizations, and pivoted to career coaching 2 years ago. Currently, her roster of coaching clients comes through General Assembly and Terra.do, where she teaches career changers how to successfully execute a resilient job search during a tough market to land roles in climate, technology, and social impact.
As a coach and guide, Radhika can work with you from start to finish on your climate or impact journey: identify your goals, explore the landscape, define your skills, find interesting roles, grow your network, build confidence, land a role or start a venture, or take action in a way that is meaningful to you. Her coaching strategies use human-centered design, emergent strategy, multisolving, empathetic storytelling, and co-active coaching principles to help you define, navigate, and pursue a more intentional career to bring balance to your life. A career transition can be difficult, especially in this job market, so she works with people to develop a job search that engages all parts of the self, including elements of experimentation, creativity, and play.
