About Event

Description: Learn how to develop a course and assignments that encourage AI usage. Build a syllabus and brainstorm topics to teach. Gain advice on group dynamics with a recent teaching example.

Speaker / Organizer Bio: Damien Germino, PhD, MS, MPA teaches Communication and Psychology courses such as Oral Comm/Interpersonal Mindful Comm and is developing another course on Applied Psychology: Behavioral Neuroscience from AI to Zen. One new course he is teaching now is Artificial Intelligence Essentials a Practical Approach. His doctorate is Applied Psychology in Product Management, and for his Master of Science in Psychology he was in a Cognitive Neuroscience of Memory lab. He currently is using his Master of Public Administration as an administrator at Mercy University as the Associate Dean of Finance and Operations in the School of Nursing. He is also a personal trainer, mindfulness coach, and teaches origami.
