Your host Caroline is an ex-corporate marketer and long-time freelance generalist who brings clarity, creativity, and calm to complex marketing challenges — especially for founders who want to grow without selling their soul — all while juggling life, cold water swims, coffee, a dog at her feet, and the occasional well-earned rant about bad industry advice.
Her favorite part about being a generalist? "You get to see the bigger picture — to spot patterns, connect dots others miss, and build bridges between ideas, industries, and people. Being a generalist gives you range — and with that range comes freedom, perspective, and power."
