​The Workout: Join Kristen of Active Girls To and Mel & Mayra, top-rated Toronto Personal Trainers at MELROSE Training, for a 45-min bodyweight team-teach strength class at the Kimpton Saint George Hotel. This low-impact, bodyweight session is designed to build strength and mobility — no experience needed, and all fitness levels are welcome. Mats will be provided .

Cost : $40 + HST
