About Event

Ever had a food you just couldn't buy or keep in the house? If you did, you would just snarf down the whole thing? I used to be like that. Even if I made it difficult to access, once I did, there was no self-control, I would eat it all.

In this session, we're going to talk about food, weight loss, and how it's more complicated than the right diet, exercise, or supplement, and it's not really about willpower. We have to eat, making it even more complicated than smoking, alcohol or drugs. This is not a nutrition course. I will not be telling you how to eat or exercise. We will be speaking more regarding the emotional aspects of eating and will do a demonstration on taking the emotions out of food. If you want to make it more powerful, bring along one of your craving foods to work on (don't eat it!).

Sessions are standalone but I recommend checking out the Introductory session on July 18 if you are unfamiliar with the technique. See individual sessions for full descriptions and to register for sessions of interest.
