​We’re excited to announce the launch of two new working groups at ACCESS, both led by Chris Holland (HM Strategy):

• ​DeFi Working Group

• ​Disclosure Practices Working Group

​These groups are open exclusively to ACCESS members and offer a chance to shape policy, build frameworks, and strengthen Singapore’s leadership in digital assets.

​🧠 Working Group Missions

​DeFi Working Group
We aspire to embed on-chain governance that upholds transparency, accountability, and compliance — while preserving the core decentralization that defines DeFi.
Key focus areas:

• ​Modular governance frameworks

• ​Community-driven decision-making

• ​Dialogue between regulators, institutions, and technologists

​Disclosure Practices Working Group
This group will focus on developing clear and consistent disclosure practices for crypto firms in Singapore.
Key goals:

• ​Improve public understanding of digital assets

• ​Clarify complex technical concepts for retail users

• ​Collaborate with regulators and consumer advocates to raise disclosure standards
