Dr. Johannes Eichstaedt is an Assistant Professor in Psychology and Human-Centered A.I. at Stanford. His Stanford lab uses LLMs to build mental health and well-being for patients and the general population. He was originally trained as a particle physicist and then received his Ph.D. in psychology at the University of Pennsylvania. In 2011, he co-founded the World Well-Being Project, now a consortium of computer science and psychology labs across five universities that pioneered methods for psychological NLP. Johannes was elected a rising star and emerging leader by three scientific organizations, and has published 80+ articles and served as an expert for the United Nations and a number of governments.
Mark Jacobstein is the President and co-founder of Jimini. Mark has built and run companies at the forefront of new technologies for thirty years. In 1994, he founded Small World Sports, the world’s first online fantasy sports business, which he sold to The Sporting News. In 1995, he spun out Small World Software, which he sold to iXL. In 2003, Mark co-founded mobile games pioneer Digital Chocolate with Trip Hawkins. Additionally, Mark joined loopt as the “adult supervision” for Sam Altman, and was the CEO of VOIP pioneer iSkoot, which he sold to Qualcomm. Mark was the CUEO at Guardant Health before its 2019 IPO and the CBO for Immunai, a world-leading AI-driven biotech. Driven by his personal experiences with CBT, Mark’s passion for improving behavioral health led him to co-found Jimini Health. Mark earned his BA from Harvard, where he concentrated in Computer Science.
