Measuring (and Making the Case for) Real-World Experiences with Jim Babb, CEO, Part and Sum
In a world of endless noise and ever-evolving consumer expectations, traditional metrics fail to paint the full picture when it comes to measuring the value of IRL experiences. But effective measurement can cut through the noise, setting brands and organizations up for success, before, during, and after major events.
In this talk, Jim Babb, CEO of Part and Sum, joined by Michael Fullman, Chief Creative Officer of VTProDesign, will break down key highlights from the recently published Return on Experience report, and discuss how to plan, scale, and measure experiences that are emotionally resonant, culturally relevant, and reflected by business growth. We’ll show how to map Return on Experience value across five dimensions (Brand, Engagement, Sales, PR/Storytelling, Organizational Insight) and three time horizons (Before, During, After) and some case studies where this has been done really well.
If you want a preview of the report ahead of the discussion, you can download it here.
