Hey everyone! Looking to move better, feel calmer, and find a little more zen in your week? Alignment-Based Yoga is for you! Whether you're gearing up for a workout or need a mid-week reset, this class offers a supportive space for all levels to:

🌿 Explore Your Alignment & Move Freely: I'm offering gentle, hands-on guidance to help you find safety and ease in your body. Freedom of movement starts with a strong foundation.

🌬️ Breathe & Center: Discover simple yet powerful breathing techniques (pranayama) to focus your mind and cultivate calm.

🤸 Increase Flexibility & Range: Gently expand your flexibility and feel more open.

🧘🏻 Connect & Find Stillness: Finish each session with a short meditation to integrate the practice and find a moment of quiet.

⏰ Please arrive on time to settle in. If you anticipate being late, I kindly ask that you refrain from entering to avoid disturbing the class in session.
