She Pilates 9am x YHA x The Running Room
The day before City2Surf, we’re bringing you a special edition, female-focused She Pilates session designed just for you. Join us for this exclusive class led by physio and certified instructor Ciara from The Running Room.
Expect a mix of mobility, strength, stretch, and injury-prevention, tailored for runners and movers alike. Whether you're racing or just want to move in a supportive, fun space, we got you.
NOTE:
Mats are provided, just bring yourself, a water bottle and optional sunscreen/cap as we enjoy the breeze and morning together as we flow and connect.
INSTRUCTIONS:
When you enter the YHA Hostel in the Rocks head up the stairs or via the lift to level 1 (reception/cafe area). The lovely staff at the front desk will direct you and let you up to level 3 in the lift where you will find the rooftop for our class together unless raining and we are in the Big Dig Room on level ground xx
