​Jesse Pujji is an entrepreneur, investor, and executive whose passion is helping people learn and grow through the power of entrepreneurship. To date, he has built multiple 8 figure businesses and is now leading @GatewayX, a venture studio that launched @unbloat, @GrowthAssistant, and @appkahani in the last year.

​Prior to Gateway, Jesse co-founded and was CEO of Ampush. During his tenure, Ampush grew to over 100 Ampushers, managed over $1BN in media spend, and partnered with brands such as Dollar Shave Club, Uber, Birchbox and Hulu. Ampush was acquired in January 2023 by Tinuiti/New Mountain Capital (8-figure exit).

Throughout his entrepreneurial journey, Jesse witnessed firsthand the challenges faced by Growth teams in rapidly expanding consumer startups. Endless list of ideas. Constant desire for growth. A ton of rote work to get there. They are inundated with possibilities but limited in how much they can realistically tackle. He started Growth Assistant, which embeds top-tier offshore Growth Marketers into companies.
