A seasoned serial entrepreneur, TEDx speaker, author, and elite business strategy and mindset coach.

​​ Kate Lynch is a deep tech entrepreneur with a focus on the convergence of deep tech, the future of on Earth and off-world infrastructure, negotiation, geopolitics, and finance. Her technical focus has been in aerospace, AI, blockchain, and novel forms of compute. Kate is also co-creator of Female Investors Club.

​Elsa Mou invests across tech and AI hardware. After building and exiting a manufacturing business, she returned to venture capital as a Venture Partner at Orion Opportunity Fund, focusing on growth stage investments in deep tech and AI hardware. Elsa is also Director of Investments for Hannover Pacific Family Offices, a multi-family office investing across PE/VC funds, real estate, crypto, and public markets with a focus on semiconductors

​Carmen Palafox brings over two decades of finance expertise to her role as Founder and Managing Partner at 2045 Ventures, where she leads investments in early-stage technology startups across climate tech, fintech, health tech, enterprise SaaS, and consumer sectors. She previously served as Vice President at Dimensional Fund Advisors, scaling their global investment operations. She now shares her expertise as an Adjunct Professor at USC Marshall, teaching venture capital.

​Liz Heller is a tech and media innovator, entrepreneur, investor, and producer. With a career in cultural creation, global brand marketing, and social good, Liz is a digital alchemist working at the nexus of tech, culture, brand, community, and purpose.
