🎓 About André Geier:
André Geier is the Head of IT and Event Technology at the German Federal Ministry for Economic Affairs and Climate Action (BMWK), where he actively drives the ministry's digital transformation. His mission is to evolve the BMWK's IT into a future-ready and flexible unit that meets the demands of a modern work environment while prioritizing the needs of its employees. By implementing innovative technologies and optimizing processes, he ensures a robust and high-performing infrastructure.

Since 2023, he has led the IT department as Chief Technology Officer (CTO), strategically shaping digitalization and IT projects to enhance collaboration and ensure technological excellence within the ministry.

Driven by the vision of transforming the BMWK into a technological pioneer within the federal government, André Geier works with his team to develop a flexible and innovative tech hub. In doing so, he contributes significantly to the federal government’s digitalization efforts and lays the groundwork for Germany's future resilience and competitiveness.
