Magic is in the air as renowned Limerick artist and author, Una Heaton will be launching her new adventure children's book, "The Craggie Clan, Guardians of the Burren." This eagerly anticipated book will be officially launched at the enchanting Bunratty Tea Rooms, within the historical Bunratty Folk Park, on Friday, September 27, 2024.
Una Heaton, celebrated for her vibrant paintings of Ireland's stunning coastlines and her skill in calligraphy, has poured her creativity and love for Irish folklore into this spellbinding story. "The Craggie Clan, Guardians of the Burren" breathes life into the magic of the Burren through captivating words, watercolour illustrations, and a fun family activity.
The Craggie Clan, Guardians of the Burren, transports children's imaginations away from busy cities and towns to a rocky landscape in the West of Ireland, where a group of tiny stone creatures lives. An ancient spell has kept them trapped deep underground for thousands of years, and three brave children set out on an incredible adventure to rescue them. As their adventure unfolds, the children learn that even the smallest acts of kindness can have a great impact, and discover that teamwork is the most powerful magic of all.
