5.5 Lazada/Shoppee Flashsale Get-Together (Find Stuff Selling for $1 for Fun)

​Back in the 1820s Rocky-Mountain trappers spent all year stock-piling beaver pelts, then converged—seasonally—at wild, week-long “rendezvous.” Traders and natives rolled in with wagonloads of coffee, calico and cast-iron. During these annual/seasonal Fur Trade Rendezvous, settlers and new society builders came together to engage in frontier banter, bargaining and tall tales flowed around the camp-fires; everyone left a little richer in goods and in gossip.
