About Event

Each year, approximately 2 million women in the US enter menopause.

But there seems to be a stigma around talking about the changes women are experiencing.

Menopause is often swept under the rug and ignored, even though it affects your employees.

But it shouldn’t be.

And as more millennials start entering perimenopause, the conversation cannot be ignored.

Menopause isn’t just a “personal thing,” it’s a big workplace challenge that can impact everything from productivity to morale and women often aren’t given the support they need to navigate these challenges.

So, what’s the plan?

Join us as we dive into the nitty-gritty of how menopause shows up in the workplace and, more importantly, what you can do about it.

We’re bringing in the experts—Dr. Stacey Fine, OB-GYN at Maven, and Lisa March, Director of Employer Growth at Maven—to discuss everything from creating a supportive culture to implementing game-changing policies that actually make a difference.

If you’re looking to turn your workplace into a safe space for all employees—you should absolutely attend this event.

And a big THANK YOU to Maven for making this event posisble! 💕 — Transform your workplace with Maven’s inclusive healthcare benefits that bridge care gaps and improve member health from family planning through midlife.
