

Nervous System Support Workshop
This is a Two-Part Workshop about Supporting your nervous system with self-soothing, calming reset techniques to replace outdated, automatic self-soothing and calming patterns learned through modeling or necessity during times when you had to cope/survive.

Figuring out new ways that help you self-soothe, calm, and reset allow you to respond to stress more consciously and in ways aligned with your present environment, needs, and goals.
Learn 5 vagus nerve stress reset techniques to practice with to get a feel for what works best and is easiest for you in Part One of this 2-part workshop plus the difference ongoing nervous system support can make to your health, life, and achieving your goals!
You will then have a week to practice (just once daily is fine, this isn't BIG homework) before we come together for Part Two, the follow-up to share findings, answer questions, and support the implementation of your new Nervous System Reset Practice.
