​【内容】
対象：けいはんな学研都市関係者のみ
形式：立食スタイル。ネットワーク交流会
日時：2024年7月3日（水）16:30～18:00
場所：けいはんなプラザ3階大会議室ナイル
参加者1：けいはんな関係者（ロボット・アバター・ICT系）　約20名
参加者2：国内外の『IVS2024 KYOTO』参加者　約20名（別途募集）
料金：無料
その他：生演奏などのアトラクションもあります
IVS2024 KYOTO参加者は、交流会前にけいはんな学研都市視察をしています。　

​【目的】
7月4日～6日、日本最大級のスタートアップ・カンファレンス『IVS2024 KYOTO』が京都パルスプラザで開催されます。国内外のスタートアップ関係者が一堂に会します。
けいはんなでは『IVS2024 KYOTO』のサイドイベントとして、『けいはんなロボット・アバター・ICTツアー』、『けいはんなスタートアップツアー』、『けいはんなウェルビーイングツアー』の3ツアーを企画しました。
けいはんなのネットワーク強化、ブランド力向上、MICEの推進などに結び付けたいと考えています。
つきましては、本ツアーの一環として、けいはんな関係者20名と、国内外のIVS参加者約20名との交流会を開催いたします
関係者の皆様のご出席をお待ちしています。

​Keihanna Robotics, Avatar, and ICT Networking Event
Date and Time: July 3, 2024 (Wednesday), 16:30–18:00
Location: Nile Conference Room, 3rd floor, Keihanna Plaza
Format: Standing-style networking event
Fee: Free of charge

Participants:
Approximately 20 Keihanna stakeholders (Robotics, Avatar, and ICT professionals)
Approximately 20 domestic and international participants from “IVS2024 KYOTO”

​Additional Information:
Live performances and other attractions will be included.
IVS2024 KYOTO participants will have the opportunity to explore Keihanna before the networking event.

​ Purpose:
As part of the side events for “IVS2024 KYOTO,” Japan’s largest startup conference held at Kyoto Pulse Plaza from July 4 to 6.
Keihanna has organized three tours: “Keihanna Robotics, Avatar, and ICT Tour,” “Keihanna Startup Tour,” and “Keihanna Wellbeing Tour.”
These tours aim to strengthen Keihanna’s network, enhance its brand, and promote MICE (Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, and Exhibitions).
As part of these efforts, we invite Keihanna stakeholders and domestic/international IVS participants to join this networking event.
We look forward to welcoming all attendees from the Keihanna community!
