Alex from Uma Protocol will be coming into the DAO to discuss about the proposal to implement Uma's oSnap module to the DAO's Snapshot account.
TLDR - oSnap allows for on-chain execution of off-chain votes on Snapshot, removing the DAO's reliance on Treasury signers to execute Governance votes.
