​The Facilitator's Mirror

​Why do you do things the way you do them? When did you learn to do it that way? What would happen if we let go of this practice?

​Everything we do as facilitators is based on fundamental beliefs we hold. Yet, we hardly ever are aware of these deep assumptions and how they shape our practice. 

​In this workshop, we will go a level beyond and take an honest look into the mirror because facilitation starts and ends with us.

​About the facilitator

​Thomas Lahnthaler is an international facilitator, mentor, author and speaker.

​He has collected two decades’ in-depth experience from war zones to board rooms, and is known for his disruptive and thought-provoking approaches that challenge conventions.

​His work is heavily influenced by his time among Indigenous communities and his two greatest mentors, his children.
