Join Our Virtual Meetup: Overcoming ADHD Procrastination

Struggling with putting things off until the last minute—even when you want to get them done? You’re not alone! Procrastination is one of the most frustrating ADHD challenges, but the good news is that there are real, practical solutions that can help.

Join our virtual meetup to learn why ADHD brains procrastinate and discover proven strategies to get started, stay engaged, and finish what matters most.

You'll discover:
✔️ The neuroscience behind ADHD procrastination
✔️ How to bypass “task paralysis” and start with ease
✔️ Practical techniques to stay motivated and finish strong

This is a space to decrease neurodiverse challenges while building connections with fellow ADHDers and neurodivergent professionals who share similar experiences.

📅 When?
Our virtual meetups take place on the third Thursday of every month.

💡 Who Can Join?

  • This event is designed for professionals with ADHD (or those who suspect they have ADHD) who want to connect and learn.

  • While our focus is on tech professionals, any industry is welcome!
🚫 To ensure a peer-focused environment, ADHD coaches are kindly asked not to join. These meetups are not a space for coaching or client outreach—thank you for understanding!

🔹 Why Join?
Instead of feeling stuck and frustrated, come laugh, learn, and connect with others who get it.
