Birth Trauma Reduction Plan

​This 12 week Birth Trauma Reduction Plan takes the fear out of giving birth as you will have more toys that you can imagine for your birth and postpartum toy box.

​Each week we will meet with one of our 3 educators, all three with a diverse background in Trauma Therapy. They will hold your hand as we walk through any hidden "pains" that may have tried to creep in during birth or postpartum.
