At the helm of this storied institution is Ilaria Resta who, prior to joining Audemars Piguet, spent 23 years at Procter & Gamble before going on to serve as the President of Global Perfumery & Beauty at DSM-Firmenich. Since becoming the CEO of Audemars Piguet in 2024, Ilaria has demonstrated her ability to make every second count, ensuring that the brand not only survives but thrives in a competitive, ever-changing luxury landscape by fostering artisanal craftsmanship and advancing technological innovation. Under her watch, Audemars Piguet has proven that it can set the pace in the luxury watch industry, adapting to new consumer expectations while remaining true to its core values of resilience, precision and reinvention. This speaker event serves not only as a celebration of Audemars Piguet’s 150th anniversary, but as a spotlight on Ilaria’s professional journey, inspirational leadership philosophy and steadfast belief in the power of human connection as she steers the brand towards its next 150 years. It will begin with a 20-minute keynote address by Ilaria, which will then be followed by a 40-minute interview moderated by the President of Voiceroom before ending with an audience Q&A. During this final Q&A segment, we kindly ask that you keep your questions concise, respectful and relevant to the discussion.  Please be aware that, by attending this event, you may be captured in photography or film footage.
