​Following Tuesday's community call, we're gathering to focus on the immediate future of our Discord server and online community space.

• ​You want to help shape what this space becomes under new leadership

• ​You're interested in citizen infrastructure and online community building

• ​You want to contribute to naming, governance, and vision for the server

​What we'll cover:

• ​New vision and purpose for the server (focused on citizen infrastructure)

• ​Brainstorming a new name and branding

• ​Finding people willing to take on leadership roles

• ​Designing basic governance for the community

• ​Clear separation from Citizen Collective

​Important: This call is specifically about the Discord server transformation. Broader questions about citizen initiatives will be addressed through separate research and Olivia's upcoming in-person gathering.
