PR Like Amazon at #NYTechWeek 2024

This exercise forced executives to crystallize marketing and product benefits and the customer value proposition as well as articulate the impact it would have on Amazon’s long-term strategy, ultimately enabling every Amazonian to become more aligned in ideation and prioritization. This ritual became a habit that many former Amazon executives today say shaped the company’s culture of rapid innovation.
