The Future Leaders Roundtable

​The Regenescape invites you to apply to attend our Future Leaders Roundtable at London Climate Action Week on the 27th June from 2pm - 4pm at Somerset House.

​It will bring 25 technologists, educators, social entrepreneurs, thought leaders, philanthropists and future leaders to explore what is needed in the next generation to design and relate to technology differently.

Technology is currently driving individual deskilling, social fracture and ecological collapse. The next generation is forced to navigate this world and challenged to change its trajectory.

​Our collective imagination is being shaped by utopian and dystopian narratives. Both drive inaction and apathy. We need a technology-critical generation that acknowledges technology is here to stay – and could become a force that regenerates society and ecology.

​Our traditional education systems, outpaced by the complexity of technological change, are failing to host the required conversations. We cannot rely on ‘the university’ to lead. We need spaces in which the next generation can collectively sense-make and restore agency over our technological future.

​Our invite-only roundtable discussion will be held under Chatham House rules.
