Join us on Saturday, August 31st, from 18:30 to 22:00 for a free ecstatic dance event!
Our goal is to create a safe, respectful, judgment-free space for playful free movement, mindfulness, and barefoot dancing 💃 🕺
The invitation is to enter into a meditative dance with:
No shoes
No phones
No talking
No intoxicants
You will be guided through a mindful musical journey where you can connect with yourself, connect to the earth, and hopefully dance into a beautiful sunset ☀️
PROGRAM
18:30 - Welcome in!
19:00 - Opening circle
19:20 - Ecstatic Dance
21:30 - Closing circle
22:00 - Exit
The opening circle starts at 1900, so please be on time! Don't forget to bring a water bottle for hydration and some warm clothes for the closing circle.
Cold water infused with lemon, cucumber & mint will be provided.
Please feel free to bring a packed dinner or snacks 🙏

Sans substances intoxiantes
Vous serez guidé à travers un voyage musical où vous pourrez vous connecter avec vous-même et la terre et, espérons-le, danser avec le coucher de soleil ☀️

Le cercle d'ouverture commence à 19h00, alors soyez à l'heure ! N'oubliez pas d'apporter une bouteille d'eau pour vous hydrater et des vêtements chauds pour le cercle de clôture.
De l'eau froide infusée au citron, au concombre et à la menthe sera fourni sur place.
